Explore the past to flourish in the future.

Cathy Russell

Flourishing means to live joyfully with energy, health, wealth, and loving relationships. Flourishing means to successfully contributing to the benefit of others, now and in the future.

The term “flourish” honors Martin Seligman’s great book entitled Flourish. This book marked an evolutionary milestone as psychology turning its lens on mental well-being, rather than exclusively focusing on pathologies.

Flourish fuses of “flowing” (Czicentmihali) with the creative process of “growing.”
